Kimberly trained at the Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, and Joffrey Ballet in New York. Her career began in the film and television industry as she danced in films like Starsky and Hutch, Be Cool, and 13 going on 30. She went on to be a part of The Pussycat Dolls, with whom she toured the World selling out large arenas and stadiums such as Wembley and The O2 Arena. She achieved eleven number one selling singles and two multi-platinum selling albums, equalling fifteen million album sales and thirty-seven million single sales worldwide, making The Pussycat Dolls one of the best-selling girl groups of all time.


Biography for Kimberly Wyatt

Grammy-nominated artist Kimberly Wyatt has sold fifteen million albums and forty million singles sales worldwide. She has reached pop success all over the world touring with one of the biggest selling girl groups of all time, the Pussycat Dolls.

Kimberly began dancing at the age of seven. At fourteen, the talented teen earned scholarships to the world-renowned Joffrey Ballet and Broadway Dance Center, both based in New York.

She then moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in dancing, and it soon paid off. Kimberly appeared in the Black Eyed Peas video Shut Up, and was soon spotted by Robin Antin, the founder of the Pussycat Dolls. The Grammy-nominated girl group burst onto the pop scene with their debut album, PCD, and had a string of hits, including Don’t Cha and Stickwitu, both of which reached number one in the UK charts. Their success continued with the release of sophomore album, Doll Domination, which featured the hit When I Grow Up, and the accompanied Britney Spears on her comeback Circus tour.

Kimberly then branched into TV and was crowned the winner of Celebrity MasterChef, capturing the hearts of the British public, and cementing her roots firmly in the UK - where she continues to live with her husband and their three children.She went on to become a judge for CBBC’s flagship dance show Taking the Next Step. Sharing her expertise within the field of dance.

To this day Dance remains at the forefront of everything Kimberly does. She is the founder of her own dance academy the KWDA. Through which she hosts an array of workshops across the UK and further afield, teaching others to express themselves using dance. Whilst using her platform and aligning with brands to promote the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for both fitness and wellbeing.

Kimberly took part in Dancing on Ice which saw her reach the finals, finishing in third place. Alongside her husband Max Rogers, she hosts the podcast The Fame Game. The show explores what it takes to be famous and shares the wonderful, and sometimes weird, experiences they’ve faced during their careers to date. Shining the light on what lengths celebrities are prepared to go to in the name of fame.

Kimberly is also a qualified DJ. She learnt to DJ at Run DMC’s Scratch Academy in New York and went on to play at events and festivals across the UK and further afield.

She has introduced the KW Show, which sees her incorporate both her love for dance and music together as one. The show is a high energy DJ show built on a lifetime inspiration taken from American Halftime performance culture. Accompanied by her dancers, dressed in brightly coloured designed costumes, she plays a mixture of Pop, House, Tech House with elements of Soul, stepping down from the decks to join in on dance breaks at certain points during her set. The show is proving a popular choice for events across the UK.

We were joined by four fantastic speakers to look ahead at International Women’s Day. With the theme of this year’s event being #InspireInclusion, we were lucky enough to hear from four women who have each blazed a trail in their respective fields: CEO of Channel 4, Alex Mahon; the former Australian Prime Minister and Chair of Kings’ Global Institute of Women’s Leadership, Julia Gillard; one of the leading voices in football, Eniola Aluko MBE; and broadcaster and journalist, Samira Ahmed.
