Her international bestselling book We've Got This: Unlocking the Beauty of Belonging, is a guide on how to heal, thrive, and stand in your power in the face of hate and hardships.

Ritu spent ten years in the legal profession, first as a litigator, and then as a human resources leader. She is also a yoga and mindfulness teacher and practitioner, and lives in Toronto, but travels all over the world to eat, swim, hike, dance, and work.
