Heather Fisher is a former Olympic rugby player, switching to the sport after a stint as a Team GB bobsledder. Competing for England, she was part of the Team GB rugby squad at the Rio 2016 games, as well as winning two Six Nations tournaments, and participating in five Rugby World Cups, winning once.

Heather struggled with anorexia in her teenage years, before finding that she excelled in sport. However, in her late 20s she broke her back, an injury that left her in a back brace for 18 months. This injury also triggered alopecia, which impacted her self-confidence. Despite this, after her recovery she was able to return to international sport - including to the Olympic team.

Now retired as an athlete, Heather has continued to challenge herself, participating in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, and acting as a coach in the BBC survival show Go Hard or Go Home. In speeches, Heather discusses her experience and resilient journey, as well as covering team performance and dynamics, understanding pressure, overcoming obstacles, challenging leadership styles and challenging perceptions and the importance of culture.
