Neil Mullarkey is a communication expert. His unique take on creativity and collaboration comes from a career in performance and comedy. For many years a regular on Whose Line Is It Anyway, Neil performed almost every week for 40 years with the famous Comedy Store Players, Europe's top improv troupe, which he co-founded with Mike Myers. Neil also went on to apepar in two of Mike's Austin Powers films.
Neil also travels the world bringing the skills of theatre, and especially improv, to the commercial work, exploring the professional impact they can have. His book, In The Moment: Build Your Confidence, Communication and Creativity at Work, is an engaging and illuminating guide to professional success from a different perspective and establishes some of the ideas Neil explores further in his book Seven Steps to Improve Your People Skills.
Away from stage and screen, Neil is accomplished in the field of management training, having run many workshops and hosted conferences for private and public organisations. He uses the techniques of theatre improvisation to inspire business audiences to embrace risk, appreciate their creativity, and enhance their communication skills.
