The 2Cellos’ version of Smooth Criminal became a huge YouTube hit; it led to a recording deal and a tour with Elton John, who calls them “astonishing.” Luka and Stjepan now have TV credits from Jay Leno to Glee - and over 55 million views of Thunderstruck! They perform with or without drums.

Biography

Taking the cello to a new level, 2cellos were discovered when their cover of Michael Jackson’s Smooth Criminal became an instant hit on youtube. Within weeks they had a deal with Sony and were invited to join Elton John’s world tour.

Classically trained Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser have won numerous awards and performed with stars from both the classical and pop worlds. They have appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Ellen DeGeneres Show, and were the first instrumental act to perform on Glee.

Their second album, IN2ITION, was released last year, and they are touring Asia extensively in 2014.
