From My Dad Wrote a Porno to Taskmaster, her own Radio 1 weekend show to Channel 4 documentaries, Alice Levine’s career runs from comedy to music to hard-hitting factual programmes. Away from the microphone she is also the co-founder of food and lifestyle brand Jackson&Levine.

Biography

Co-host of the popular comedy podcast My Dad Wrote a Porno, Alice Levine has quickly become a popular presenter, broadcaster and entertainer. Alongside hosting her own Radio 1 show for almost 10 years she has hosted everything from ITV2’s The Hot Desk to the BBC’s Glastonbury coverage, and has presented a number of BBC and Channel 4 documentaries.

Alice’s career began hosting her own chat show on MTV, until she was picked up to present Channel 5’s Big Brother spin-off show, Big Brother’s Bit On The Side. She has since appeared on 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Taskmaster, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Room 101, and QI, to name a few, and co-hosted the first series of Channel 4's social media reality show The Circle. In more serious surroundings she spent a week living with a extremist nationalist for Channel 4’s Sleeping with the Far Right. In addition to her work in the media, Alice co-founded food and lifestyle brand Jackson&Levine with business partner Laura Jackson. Together they wrote the cooking book Round to Ours and have a food column in Marie Claire.
