She has broadcast live on location across the UK, covering terror attacks, General Elections and Referenda. Hannah was the anchor for CNN’s coverage live from Windsor at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. She regularly interviews senior global politicians, philanthropists, activists and campaigners.
Previously, she anchored Sky News, including co-presenting with Eamonn Holmes on the Sunrise breakfast show. During her nine years at Sky, Hannah broke news stories from the Arab Spring and Japanese Tsunami to the Boston Marathon bombings and the London Olympics.
Having single-handedly hosted the Malaria Summit London, attended by HRH Prince of Wales, Bill Gates, and fifteen Heads of State, Hannah is a sought after awards host and event moderator. She later moderated the opening session of the World Health Assembly in Geneva, at the personal invitation of the Director General of the World Health Organization.
Given her own long journey to motherhood, Hannah remains a vocal advocate for access to fertility treatment, and global Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. She and her husband, fellow newsreader Lewis Vaughn Jones, publicly documented their struggles with infertility in a widely watched YouTube series Our IVF Diary, after they spent five years and fifteen rounds of IVF trying to conceive.
