The So You Think You're Funny? winner and Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee has been widely tipped as one to watch for the future. Her approachable, down-to-earth style of observation and storytelling has won over audiences and critics alike.

Biography

Maisie Adam is an up-and-coming standup comedian widely tipped for stardom. A natural comedy performer, within 18 months of first taking to the standup stage she won the prestigious So You Think You're Funny? competition and has since been nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer prize.

Winning over audiences with her friendly, sometime self-deprecating style of storytelling and observation, Maisie compares life in fashionable Brighton to her native Yorkshire, how her epilepsy has been mistaken for indifference and what happens when an attack comes on whilst flirting with the boys in the car behind. She has appeared on Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats and Hypothetical.
