The former Radio 1 Breakfast Show host is also a familiar face on Channel 4 and fronted his own panel show on BBC Three, Sweat the Small Stuff. He also plays a live set of chart favourites, new music and pop classics.

Nick Grimshaw is the former host of Radio 1’s Breakfast Show. He took over the landmark show from Chris Moyles having previously hosted shows at the weekend and as a regular drive-time stand in.

After university it was only a short time before Nick started his broadcast career, initially on E4 before moving over to Channel 4 hosting the station’s breakfast show with Alexa Chung and Jameela Jamil. He also joined Radio 1 working with Annie Mac. He also hosted Channel 4’s youth weekend strand T4 whilst on Radio 1, he was given the late night 10pm-12am slot.

After also covering daytime shows on the station, Nick was given the illustrious, high-profile Breakfast Show when Chris Moyles departed the station, immediately propelling Nick to being one of the best known and influential broadcasters on radio.

As well as his Radio 1 and Channel 4 work, Nick has regularly appeared on a range of entertainment TV from 8 Out of 10 Cats and Never Mind The Buzzcocks to The Xtra Factor. He also hosted his own comedy panel show for BBC Three, Sweat the Small Stuff.
