Starting out on Newsround, Ore has gone on to host everything from Olympics coverage to The One Show. He was also the breakout star of Strictly going on to win the dance contest.

Ore Oduba is a broadcaster and actor who has been entertaining audiences ever since winning the fourteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing. Hosting flagship shows such as This Morning, and The One Show, as well as countless hours on BBC Radio 2, Ore is one of the most versatile presenters around, from Saturday night TV host, to fronting some of the biggest national events live to audiences of millions.
After applying to a BBC-backed training scheme, Ore started his career on Newsround, the children's television institution. He graduated from reporter to presenter and fronted the spin-off Sportsround and the children’s football show Match of the Day Kickabout.
Going on to present reports for BBC Breakfast and Radio 5Live, Ore has also presented coverage of the Commonwealth and Olympic Games, and Sport Relief (as well as participating in the Hell on High Seas challenge sailing from London to Belfast). He also competed in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
As a performer, Ore is a multi-talented singer, dancer, and actor. Making his West End debut in the musical Curtains opposite Jason Manford, Ore has also played the iconic roles of Teen Angel in Grease, and Brad in the Rocky Horror Show.
He earned his first TV acting credit in the BBC1 primetime drama Noughts + Crosses, while as host of the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour he delighted sold-out crowds in many of the UK’s most famous arenas.
