Elis James is an award-winning rising star of Welsh comedy, having supported Rhod Gilbert on his two most recent national tours. Elis also features in Rhod’s BBC Radio Wales show, and presents new music shows for Radio One.
One of the few bilingual comedians in Wales, Elis can perform in either language. His style of laid-back, whimsical storytelling is combined with wit, charm and timing, whether it’s the tale of a date gone embarrassingly wrong at the Carmarthen Leisure Centre or his observations on daytrips to Britain's market towns.
