The popular radio and television presenter has hosted Glastonbury coverage, The Bafta Cymru Awards, the NME Awards, and a range of live and corporate events.


Huw Stephens is a TV and radio presenter who is known for his work at BBC Radio 1. Joining the station as one of it’s youngest ever presenters, for 20 years he presented new music shows and the weekend afternoon show, and remained one of the station's favourite presenters. He continues to showcase his passion for new artists and music on BBC Radio 6Music. A fluent Welsh speaker, Huw also presents a weekly show on BBC Radio Cymru.

On both TV and radio Huw has hosted live coverage of events including Glastonbury and Reading festivals for the BBC, and Bestival for Sky. He hosted the prestigious Bafta Cymru Awards for five years, as well as the NME Awards from Brixton Academy, also for five years.

An accomplished and experienced live DJ and host at festivals and events, Huw is a versatile presenter and performer, whether it’s playing a selection of party favourites, hosting awards or quizzes, or linking between acts or speakers.

Looking Ahead to International Women’s Day

We were joined by four fantastic speakers to look ahead at International Women’s Day. With the theme of this year’s event being #InspireInclusion, we were lucky enough to hear from four women who have each blazed a trail in their respective fields: CEO of Channel 4, Alex Mahon; the former Australian Prime Minister and Chair of Kings’ Global Institute of Women’s Leadership, Julia Gillard; one of the leading voices in football, Eniola Aluko MBE; and broadcaster and journalist, Samira Ahmed.
