The DJ and producer has collaborated with a host of names from Amy Winehouse to Bruno Mars, scoring a Grammy with Uptown Funk. Album credits include Here Come The Fuzz, Version and Uptown Special. The 90-minute set ranges from modern hits to classic soul, rock, hip-hop, pop and dance.
Mark Ronson is one of the biggest names in music having written and produced huge hits for some of the world’s leading performers.
Moving to New York after his early years in London, Mark became a popular club and event DJ. He produced his first album Here Comes the Fuzz featuring collaborations with stars including Jack White and Mos Def and including the hit Ooh Wee. He followed up the album with his breakthrough hit Version, an album of covers featuring some of the hottest music names of the time which showcased his trademark retro-funky sound. The album also featured the hit Valarie with Amy Winehouse which went on to become one of the biggest tracks of the decade.
There were further collaborations with artists including Adele, Robbie Williams, Mika, and Lily Allen and a clutch of Brit and Grammy Awards wins. He produced the posthumously released Michael Jackson track Lovely Way, scored films and released a third hit album. Mark’s fourth album, Uptown Special included the track Uptown Funk with Bruno Mars which became yet another huge international hit.
