Ben’s credits range from games like The Krypton Factor and Safebreakers to 1 vs 100, breakfast television and Goals On Sunday.

Biography

Since his days at Channel 4’s youth music programme T4, Ben has gone on to present regular features on GMTV. Ben first sat on the GMTV sofa as a stand in for Eamonn Holmes in July 2003 - the youngest male to ever do so! He took over the reigns in May 2005, sharing the duties with Andrew Castle.

Whilst continuing to present GMTV & Entertainment Today, Ben also co-presented Solution Street with Gaby Roslin (ITV1), hosted the ITV1 Saturday night special Discomania 2 with Gloria Gaynor and filmed two Behind the Scenes Specials for ITV1 on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Ben is now a regular host on Sky Sports and is the co-presenter of Goals On Sunday with Chris Kamara.

With a background in production, Ben has first-hand knowledge of how TV works behind the cameras as well as in front. His experience also extends to different cultures and languages.

Ben is trained in contemporary dance and has representative honours in both rugby and football.
